Steve is a recognized subject matter expert in tax-deferred exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code and is an attorney, educator and strategist to business owners, investors and leaders. Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and years of practical experience and expertise to the firm.

Steve Katkov was recently selected to teach within the Executive Education department at the University of Saint Thomas in the University's Advanced Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Investment program. Steve's course is titled Legal Aspects of Real Estate and Governmental Controls, and begins Wednesday, April 18 and runs for five consecutive Wednesday evenings.
